On October 12 Joan B. Harris moderated the John Kerry & Tom Malinowski for CD7 Town Hall at Ridge PAC. The event drew many out for a conversation with the former Secretary of State, John Kerry, and Candidate for Congressional District 7, Tom Malinowski. Joan Harris did a fantastic job moderating the event.

Ross Farm Harvest Cookout

Beautiful night under the stars at The Ross Farm Harvest Cookout. Excellent food, entertainment and community. A wonderful way to help fund the many community events held at the farm, and and to support the Boudinot's Giving Garden from which all fresh produce is donated to local food banks and pantries.

Township residents enjoyed a wonderful evening at the home of Suzanne Glassman. Joan Bannan Harris and Bobby Mascia were there, along with Somerset County Freeholder candidates, Shanel Robinson and Sara Sooey. Delicious food prepared by Suzy Saidi and Suzanne went well with great conversation!

March for Our Lives 2018

On March 24, 2018 students led rallies and marches across the country to advocate for sensible gun laws. Supporting the Enough is Enough movement, Joan Harris rallied in Somerville, while Robert Mascia and his family marched in Morristown.

Eleanor Roosevelt Volunteer Service Award Dinner

Joan B. Harris was the recipient of the Eleanor Roosevelt Volunteer Service Award. Ms. Harris was honored by the Somerset County Federation of Democratic Women on Thursday, September 7th at their Annual Eleanor Roosevelt Volunteer Service Award Dinner. The Eleanor Roosevelt Award honors Somerset County Women who volunteer their time to promote and enhance the Democratic principals in our local communities.
